攝影手工藝——織物基底&藍(lán)曬&范戴克

藍(lán)曬法（Cyanotype）約翰·赫謝爾爵士于1841年-1842年發(fā)現(xiàn)許多鐵化合物能夠感光。藍(lán)曬法是這一發(fā)現(xiàn)中派生出來(lái)的許多鐵鹽印相法中最廣泛的一種方法。藍(lán)曬法又叫做鐵氰酸鹽（鐵-普魯士藍(lán)）印相法，最常用的叫法是藍(lán)圖曬印法。

此工藝做出的圖像有穩(wěn)定的普魯士藍(lán)色。結(jié)合使用兩種簡(jiǎn)單的化學(xué)溶劑涂布在織物上，放在底片下干燥并曝光于日光下，照片在水中顯影所以不需要暗房。圖像的顏色可以很容易得用各種調(diào)色劑更改色調(diào)。

范戴克棕在1842年由英國(guó)的天文學(xué)家約翰·赫斯勒爵士發(fā)明。以最初的鐵鹽工藝為基礎(chǔ)，配方與1895年由阿爾恩特和特羅斯特申請(qǐng)專利的配方相似。

此工藝通過(guò)在織物上涂布三份光敏溶液創(chuàng)作出美麗的暖棕色照片。曝光使得對(duì)光線敏感的鹽溶液形成鐵銀圖像。范戴克棕是一種接觸印相——負(fù)片和底片大小相同。

In 2000 Ellie attained the NationalGallery of Victoria Trustee Award 2000 for her work in GumBichromate printing. After some years of research, her Salt PrintingManual was published in 2011. She constantly exhibits her worklocally, nationally and internationally.

Ellie'swork is held in private collection internationally and in the State LibraryVictoria. She is fellow and past president of IPT, member of AICCM andAIC. Gold Street Studios workshops developed (established 1999) out of apassion and concern that many early photographic processes and techniques wereloosing their place in the photographic institutions and art world.
